We promised, our aim is to continually mix up the formula for the testing community – we had a great response to our formats for Phase 1 & 2 – so for 3 it will be…🔴 RED V.S BLUE 🔵

Loose Planned Format is as follows:

• Audience Participation: We'll split attendees into two groups: For and Against.
• Topics: We'll have three separate questions throughout the evening. One will be a practice question to get everyone comfortable with the format before then diving into the good stuff

Discussion & Debate Phases:

• Discussion Phase: Each question will have a "discussion phase" where both the For and Against groups will have a chance to discuss the issue from their assigned perspective. This allows everyone to share their thoughts and come up with strong arguments.
• Debate Phase: Following the discussion, there will be a "debate phase" where each group will actively defend their assigned position.
• Open Discussion: Finally, we'll have an "open discussion phase" where everyone can take off their "debate hat" and have a more civil conversation about both sides of the issue.

Overall the aim is just to allow for everyone to have a voice, find common ground and a deeper understanding of the different viewpoints! - Hope you enjoy!
