UX Designer - Shape Intuitive Experiences in a Collaborative Culture (On-site in Manchester, city centre, UK)

Are you someone who thrives on bouncing ideas around a whiteboard, sharing coffee-fuelled brainstorms, and building better products together? We’re looking for a passionate UX Designer to join an award-winning Manchester team . You’ll help shape industry-leading people management software trusted by 400,000+ users across three countries with scope and freedom for teams to experiment and innovate every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Running user research to understand real needs and turn them into actionable insights
- Developing, testing, and iterating prototypes based on feedback
- Working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers in an open, collaborative environment
- Bringing your expertise in user research and information architecture to craft experiences that just make sense
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Solid experience as a UX Designer (with real examples to share)
- A track record of delivering MVPs and shaping products with user feedback
- Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Great communication skills: you’re comfortable sharing ideas, taking feedback, and working with stakeholders
