• 25% Hands-on development: You'll be coding alongside your team.
• 50% Refining processes: You'll constantly improve the development workflow.
• 25% Line management: You'll provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Experience leading and executing software development projects.
• A passion for creating and achieving your vision.

• Experience building Node.js serverless microservices (AWS Lambdas or containers).
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
