The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a forward-thinking, collaborative team working on impactful projects that enhance user experience, optimise platform performance, and deliver at scale. You’ll work with cloud-native tools, modern JavaScript frameworks, and contribute directly to the evolution of a high-performing digital product.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building robust backend services to support personalisation, fulfilment, and customer experience.
  • Enhancing developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across the platform.
  • Supporting internal teams by improving the engineering platform and workflows (including tools like Backstage).
  • Collaborating across product and engineering teams to deliver new features with real business value.
  • Driving best practices in engineering, mentoring others, and contributing to a healthy team culture.

Tech Stack:

  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Node.js (server-side development)
  • AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, and other serverless services)
