With over 45 + million orders a year across the UK, Ireland, US, Australia, and the Netherlands, they’re scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team. You’ll work alongside 15 Product Managers, reporting to the Director of Product, and focus on building world-class search and discovery experiences. Expect to collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to optimise search functionality, enhance algorithms, and drive user engagement.

£100k + 15% bonus | Hybrid with 1/2 days week in either London or Manchester (Must be based in the UK)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise search capabilities and ranking algorithms.
• Use data insights to improve customer search experiences.
• Lead A/B tests to enhance search performance and conversion.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
• Communicate updates and insights to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B or B2C, focusing on search or personalisation.
• Hands-on experience with search systems and technologies like Elasticsearch.
• Strong collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
• Agile experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
