Professional Services Consultant

  • £80,000 to £85,000
  • Fully Remote
  • Permanent

We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s reshaping how businesses drive quality in a cloud-first world. With a platform built on .NET, Azure and automation, they’re strengthening their Professional Services team, and they need someone deeply technical to help customers unlock the platform’s full potential.

UK Remote | £80k–£85k + Bonus

This isn’t a standard customer success role. It’s a hands-on technical position where you’ll design, build and optimise how customers connect their systems, manage data and integrate the platform into complex environments. You’ll need to be completely comfortable working with APIs, databases, scripting (Python and PowerShell) and Linux, and confident turning raw data into actionable insights.

Where you’ll have impact:

Before delivery:

  • Get stuck into technical deep dives with potential customers, showing exactly how integrations will work and what’s technically possible.
  • Build out proofs of concept and technical demos that bring solutions to life.
  • Collaborate with sales and solution teams to shape projects that can deliver on complex technical requirements.

During delivery:

  • Take charge of technical implementations, from designing integration strategies to connecting APIs, configuring deployments on Linux servers, and handling upgrades or extensions.
  • Get hands-on with data analysis, using SQL, PowerBI and Excel to support bulk changes, reporting and system optimisation.
  • Deliver training that arms customers with the technical knowledge to keep improving their own setups.
  • Be the escalation point for advanced technical issues, working closely with internal developers and support teams.
  • Share feedback and ideas with the wider team to keep the product evolving alongside customer needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience working hands-on with APIs, databases and programming/scripting, especially Python and PowerShell.
  • Solid experience working within Linux environments.
  • A strong grasp of data analysis tools: you’ll know your way around SQL, PowerBI and Excel.
  • The confidence to communicate complex technical detail clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A practical, problem-solving approach — comfortable navigating multiple systems, solving integration challenges and keeping projects on track.
  • A degree in computer science, information systems or a related area is a plus.

Key point: This is a genuinely technical, hands-on position — ideal for someone who wants to build, configure and optimise in a client-facing context, not just advise from the sidelines.
