We're partnering with a household name in eCommerce - a multi-award-winning, trend-setting powerhouse with global reach and serious cultural clout. If you’ve worked in a well-known fashion or streetwear brand and know what it takes to scale paid media in a fast-paced, style-led environment, this is your moment.


With huge growth plans for 2025 and beyond, they’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to take the reins of all performance marketing, owning strategy, execution, and optimisation across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. This is your chance to run the show, driving customer acquisition and revenue while playing a key role in major launches, drops, and campaigns.

You’ve cut your teeth in paid media for brands that are on the radar, ones that live and breathe the game and speak to culture. You’re analytical, obsessed with ROAS, and you know how to brief creatives who get it. You're ready to step up, make noise, and take full ownership of the paid channel.


What You’ll Own:


  • All Paid Media strategy across Meta & Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
  • Budget ownership, targeting, and performance optimisation
  • Reporting on ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition KPIs
  • Briefing and testing top-performing creative with the content team
  • Aligning paid activity with trading calendars, product drops, and cultural moments
  • Leveraging tools like Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo & Triple Whale for smarter decisions


What We’re Looking For:


  • 3+ years in paid media with a proven track record in a well-known D2C brand
  • Deep expertise in Meta & Google Ads
  • Commercial mindset that can scale efficiently and spot new growth opportunities
  • Strong creative instinct: you know what cuts through in fashion & culture
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Triple Whale (or similar)
