We’re teaming up with a BIG name in the ecommerce space - an award-winning, multi-channel powerhouse known for setting trends in both retail and culture.
Now, as they gear up for major growth in 2025 and beyond, they’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Manager who can take full ownership of performance marketing across Meta, Google and beyond, driving customer acquisition, maximising returns, and helping elevate their online presence to the next level.
You’ll report into the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with brand, trading, and creative teams, operating as the performance engine behind product drops, seasonal launches, and moment-driven campaigns.

This role is built for someone hands-on, analytical, and confident owning the entire paid media function, from strategy to setup to analysis. If you see paid as a growth lever rather than a reporting exercise, this is your arena.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to for all things paid — leading strategy, execution, and optimisation across key platforms. Working closely with ecommerce, brand, and content teams, you’ll deliver high-impact campaigns that convert.
Core responsibilities:
- Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) end-to-end
- Own media budgets, reporting, and performance metrics (ROAS, CPA)
- Collaborate with creatives to brief in and test top-performing assets
- Align activity with product launches, trading plans and seasonal campaigns
- Use tools like Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo & Triple Whale to inform targeting and scale results
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in paid media (ideally D2C fashion/streetwear)
- Expert in Meta + Google Ads — platform setup, scaling, and optimisation
- Data-savvy and results-driven with strong commercial instincts
- Confident managing budgets and sharing insights with senior teams
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and performance tools
- Strong creative eye and understanding of fashion/culture trends
