The Opportunity

Salary: £55k - £65k

Location: Hybrid working (3 days a week in Manchester office)

What You’ll Do

complex challenges, and push boundaries to deliver cutting-edge products. You’ll bring your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to create seamless digital experiences and help scale their platform for global reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Front-End-Focused Solutions: Design and implement exceptional web applications, prioritising responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective product delivery.
• Drive Product Innovation: Take ownership of projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute new features that delight users.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues promptly, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate bugs or technical challenges as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Front-End Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular, with a track record of building scalable, user-centric applications.
• Full Stack Knowledge: Experience with Node.js and integrating front-end systems with back-end APIs.
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud environments.
• DevOps Skills: Experience deploying and managing applications in a Linux environment, with a focus on automation and scripting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset and the ability to resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Media Industry Insights (Bonus): Knowledge of broadcast and streaming technologies is a plus but not essential.
