We’re partnered with a long-established, high-growth SaaS business that’s been quietly transforming service operations for nearly two decades. Operating at a global scale with teams across multiple continents, their platform combines analytics, AI, and deep operational expertise to help complex industries optimise, streamline decision-making, and boost productivity.
With a product used by some of the world’s biggest companies, they're investing heavily in their tech teams and looking for a Development Manager to lead the charge in the next era of the brand.
You’d be responsible for overseeing several teams, helping shape delivery, culture, and direction across the engineering group. This is a strategic leadership role – suited to someone who’s moved away from hands-on coding but still keeps close to the tech, guiding decisions and enabling teams to thrive.

A bit about you:
- You've led multiple development teams or squads before, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment
- You’re confident aligning tech delivery with product goals – and equally passionate about people development
- In-depth understanding across CI/CD
- Tech-wise, you’ll get bonus points for experience in .NET/C#, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.), and cloud platforms like Azure
- Agile/SAFe familiarity is a plus
