- Leading workshops and gathering business requirements
- Supporting product teams with ROI and success metrics
- Producing clear, actionable documentation for cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Bringing clarity to complex problems

- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Strong data analysis skills and data-led thinking
- Confidence working across disciplines — tech + non-tech
