We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting B2B engagement brands to find proactive, commercially-aware Business Analysts (both mid and senior) to help shape products that genuinely move the needle.

What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather operational and future-facing requirements, then prioritising them based on business goals.
- Leading sessions to define and refine requirements.
- Using team velocity to forecast business outcomes and shape actionable user stories.
- Taking full ownership of the product backlog from day one.
- Ensuring proposed solutions align closely with business objectives.
- Working with delivery teams to define and implement the product and its supporting processes in a timely, cost-effective way.
- Building a clear, end-to-end understanding of business processes to enhance the full client journey.
- Becoming a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders by fostering strong working relationships.
- Gaining a solid grasp of current platforms to help solve business challenges and drive improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working within cross-functional, agile teams.
- A continuous improvement (incremental) mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing projects and working with multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
- A big-picture thinker who approaches challenges holistically.
