💫 What's the opportunity?
We’ve got an exciting and pivotal contract opportunity for an experienced and driven Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) hybrid to lead and support high-impact marketing technology transformation initiatives.
Joining on a contract basis, you’ll be a key player in shaping our MarTech solutions, working across functions to define needs, lead vendor selection, and manage delivery from business case through to implementation.
Day-to-day you will:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of MarTech transformation initiatives, from strategic planning and requirements gathering through to vendor selection, implementation, and business adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for senior executive stakeholders, building strong relationships, aligning expectations, and translating business objectives into actionable plans.
- Conduct detailed vendor assessments, including capability comparisons, solution fit, commercial considerations, and implementation approach.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions to surface requirements, challenge assumptions, and drive shared understanding.
- Translate strategic goals into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs, ensuring proactive issue resolution and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Support commercial and legal processes related to vendor contracting and onboarding.
- Champion a structured, pragmatic approach to transformation, balancing agility with control and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships by understanding platform configuration and usage, tracking feature adoption, coordinating with marketing teams, and serving as the bridge between vendors and internal stakeholders.

In addition to this, it is expected that you’ll have skills/experience in a mixture of the following:
- 5+ years in a hybrid BA/PM role, with a focus on digital, marketing, or transformation programmes.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and executives, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success leading RFP and vendor selection processes, including creating documentation, managing evaluations, and supporting negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem (e.g., CRM, CDP, CMS, marketing automation) and how these tools enable customer and business outcomes.
- Self-starter with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a delivery-oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex programmes and stakeholder groups.
- Experience delivering projects in Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall environments.
- Comfortable producing executive-level materials and reporting.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, including managing ongoing relationships, coordinating delivery, and resolving issues.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, or similar MarTech tools.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM), CBAP, or similar.
