Mid & Senior .NET Developers Wanted
Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Up to £65,000 (Depending on Seniority)
We’re looking for .NET Developers of varying level of seniority to join a product-driven tech team operating at scale. These are roles for someone who wants more than just tickets to complete, it’s about solving real engineering challenges in an environment that values autonomy, learning, and shared ownership.
The Environment:
This company has built its reputation around technology, not just as a tool, but as a foundation for growth. It’s a place where developers are trusted to make decisions, explore new ideas, and work closely with other technical minds. The engineering culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and geared towards long-term thinking. You’ll be challenged but also backed by a team that supports growth, celebrates progress, and shares responsibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and enhance core platform features with performance and scalability in mind
- Develop integrations with internal systems and external services
- Write clean, maintainable code that meets modern development standards
- Take full ownership of features, from planning and development through to deployment and support
- Collaborate with DevOps to refine CI/CD pipelines and improve release processes
Tech Overview:
- Core stack: .NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI
- Databases: SQL Server, NoSQL
- Architecture: N-tier, service-oriented design
- Tools: Git, CI/CD, caching and monitoring tools
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid commercial experience in .NET and C#
- Understanding of architectural patterns (e.g. N-tier, SOA) and OOP principles
- Confidence working in an Agile team with version control (Git)
- A problem-solving mindset and a drive to build robust, future-proof systems
- Interest in learning, improving, and contributing to team success
What You’ll Get:
- Salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working – two days per week on-site in central Manchester
- Flexitime: start your day anytime between 7am and 10am
- A culture built by and for engineers — where experimentation, learning, and ownership are part of everyday life
- Regular knowledge sharing, informal mentoring, and support from a strong team of peers
If you're looking for a role that balances technical challenge with genuine support and where you can make meaningful contributions to a live product...this is the kind of opportunity that doesn’t come up every day.
