We were introduced to ActiveOps through Jason, the Technical Architect at a former client, where we helped scale their engineering teams from 0 to 120. Based on that track record, ActiveOps invited Rekiel and the Engineering team to help them build two brand-new software development teams from scratch.
We successfully delivered on the initial starter brief (10 engineers and 2 QA specialists) with flying colors. As a result, we were invited to continue partnering with them on their scale-up journey by leading senior leadership recruitment, including VP of Engineering and Global Director roles.

I applied for a job at ActiveOps for a L1 Tech Support role. Rekiel got in contact straight away, to have a chat and get to know more about me and what are ambitions/aspirations were.
He got my first stage interview sorted that same very day, prepped me, and got me an understanding of what ActiveOps were looking for in a candidate - this went very well.
A couple of days later there was a second stage interview which also went extremely well.
