As Recruitment Administrator, I’m the one quietly keeping everything moving behind the scenes—handling the tasks no one else wants to, the ones everyone forgets about, and the ones that somehow only appear at 4:59pm.

I spend most of my time living in Excel, organising chaos into something that (hopefully) makes sense, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If there’s a process, I’ll streamline it. If there isn’t one, I’ll probably build it.

I’m also a firm believer in “I can’t do that… yet.” Whether it’s a new system, a tricky request, or something completely unexpected, I’ll find a way to figure it out.

Basically, if it needs doing, fixing, chasing, or untangling—I’m on it.
