As a Delivery Consultant at MRJ, I’m on the frontlines of helping some of the most exciting and forward-thinking tech companies across the UK and Europe find the talent they need to scale, innovate, and succeed. 

My background? Originally trained as a translator and interpreter (yep, I speak recruiter in multiple languages 😉), I stumbled into recruitment while living in Estonia. What started as a chance opportunity turned into a true passion. Now back in the UK, I’ve found my home at MRJ, where I get to talk to brilliant people every day and help them navigate their next move.

Right now, I specialise in supporting our delivery efforts across Software Engineering and beyond, matching people with roles that excite them, challenge them, and let them thrive.
